LET'S GET TOGETHER (in our minds)

Instead of me doing a dull review of this single I decided to get a random selection of people of varying(ish) ages to give me their esteemed opinions.

"I really like this song. It is really catchy- 'leh- he-hets get to gethorrr!' Going round and round in my head. I like his voice. I haven't listened to that much Gorky's before but I shall definitely correct that. 9/10" Edward, 13, psychiatrist

"This has a nice gentle beginning and a nict tune, but then it gets a bit loud, but I quite like it. It has nice strings in it. I wouldn't mind playing it in the car! What more can I say? 8/10" Susie, 43, hooverer

I didn't dislike it. Intact it was quite pleasant. It wasn't 'oh gosh put that row off.' It was a bit honky tonky at the beginning, d'you know what I mean? But it improved. When the group all started joining in I didn't think the diction was very good. I thought the chappie on his own was alright, but when they were altogether I couldn't make out the words, but then remember I am an OAF and I don't like a lot of this modern music. But I did quite like~that. 7/10" Peggy, 76, family woman

"This is a quite a nice song, but his voice is monotonous and it sounds like something else they have done. 7/10" Peter, 47, gardener

"This is a fairly listenable song- non offensive. The vocals are non impressive. The mellow instrumental parts would be good background music. It has a terribly corny ending, but is an alright song. 5/10" Scott, 19, asda colleague

"I don't like it. It's like sand going in your head. It goes qqqrrrrrch pqrrrr and it's louder and louder. It sounds like running pigs. 2/10" Bertie, 4, bug chaser and collector

"I thought the song was good- almost beautiful with a powerful chorus, as expected. I'd like to see it live, definitely moshing material. Unfortunately only two speeds throughout the song so it would get a bit repetitive but it does work. 7.5/10" Richard, 19, psychologist

"I don't like this song. It is sad. It reminds me of my friends in Hong Kong and I miss them. 5/10" Dorothy, 8, pop singer

"This has a soothy, affable back beat and doesn't sound Welsh. The simplicity of the lyrics are nice, 'though not very different. It has an interesting change of rhythms half way through. It is a nice and non objectionable song, but it wouldh't stick in my mind. 6.2/10" Delia, 19, future landlord in the East Asian hemisphere.

"It's a bit loud and I couldn't hear his words, but that could just be me, but what I could make out of the lyrics were quite pleasant, as was the bit of music at the back. I wouldn't condemn it. 7/10" Nancy, very elderly, retired old duck
